The OLED Break Warranty is an extended warranty offered on certain FX5 products. The warranty will cover any damaged/cracked OLED on top of the other traditional reasons for warranty.Cracked Glass and Ripped Flex Cables are not covered.

FX5 Hard OLED is offered on models that we work directly with trusted factories to offer full warranty coverage on all OLED breaks. Hard OLED quality is considered to be more fragile than soft OLED, but we decrease that percentage through our higher quality materials and manufacturing processes.

Models Warrantied: iPhone X, XS, XS Max, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, 12 Mini , 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max,13 Mini

FX5 Soft OLED is the same type of OLED used on original panels and is considered the highest grade of aftermarket OLED for iPhone screens. It offers an OLED Break Warranty so if the OLED breaks, it is covered.

Models Warrantied: iPhone X, XS, XS Max, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, 12, 12 Pro, 13 Mini, 13, 14

The LCD Break Warranty is an extended warranty offered on certain FX5 products. The warranty will cover any damaged/cracked LCD on top of the other traditional reasons for warranty. Cracked Glass and Ripped Flex Cables are not covered.

FX5 is our premium aftermarket screen line that is manufactured by our factory partner. We sourced FX5 panels to raise the standard of quality for the industry. FX5 is made directly by our factory partner, which gives us full control over product development, raw material sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, etc. FX5 is our flagship quality and our top seller.

Models Warrantied: iPhone 6-8+, SE 2020, XR, 11

FX5 Incell is similar to FX5 in specifications and is manufactured by our factory partner. Using incell technology of an infused LCD + digitizer for the LCD build, it is thinner than other aftermarkets and it offers a lower defective rate.

The Glass Break Warranty is an extended warranty offered on FX5 iPad Digitizers. The warranty will cover any cracked Glass on top of other traditional reasons for warranty. For any cracked glass FX5 iPad Digitizers, you can simply submit a photo with your RMA with the date written in sharpie on the glass and we will credit you. You do not need to mail these in and once you receive credit, you can recycle them. Ripped Flex Cables are not covered.

igCore Screens are sourced using surplus raw materials on the market. The quality fluctuates often because of the constant raw material changes. These are perfect for customers looking do to device trade ins as well as customers looking for more affordable repairs.

IG3 is our standard third-party manufactured replacement part. IG3 has higher quality components than other standard panels available on the market. IG3 comes with a high range backlight for better colors, ESR for brighter LCDs, and polarization. Our team works closely with the third-party manufacturer to deliver the IG quality standards you can trust.

IG3 Soft OLED is the same type of OLED used on original panels and is considered the highest grade of aftermarket OLED for iPhone screens. These have a lower brightness level compared to FX5 Soft OLED, but otherwise are very similar.

Incell screens have an infused LCD + digitizer, which allows them to be thinner than other aftermarkets and offer a lower defective rate.

FX5 XR and 11 screens are QC’d with FX5 standards. We source new original LCDs for these panels, which offers the similar coloring of a Premium FOG or Premium Refurbished screen.

Hard OLED screens are non FX5 branded Hard OLED panels. Hard OLED quality is considered to be more fragile than soft OLED. These Hard OLED screens are similar to our FX5 in specifications, but do not meet our FX5 standards. Thus the most important difference is that we DO NOT warranty OLED panel damage for these screens.

Soft OLED is the same type of OLED used on original panels and is considered the highest grade of aftermarket OLED for iPhone screens. It offers the best colors, brightness, and touch responsiveness out of all aftermarket OLEDs. These are strong and flexible OLEDs similar to those used in OEM screens.

Premium FOG uses new LCD/OLED panels with aftermarket flex cables. They offer similar color and brightness specifications as refurbished screens, but these high quality aftermarket screens are a great price alternative to premium refurbished screens.

Premium refurbished screens use original panels removed from devices with original flex cables. The original LCD/OLED panels are re-glassed and being original parts, they offer similar performance and screen specifications as originals. These are the highest quality screens available beside OEM Pulls.

OEM pulls are original parts pulled from an original device. All OEM pull panels will have a grading (A, B, or C Grade), which refers to only the cosmetic condition of the glass and not the performance or functioning of the part.

Complete assemblies are our IG3 screens with the addition of pre-installed aftermarket small parts (front camera/proximity sensor/ear speaker/backplate/brackets). These have higher quality components than other standard panels available on the market. Complete Assemblies come with a high range backlight for better colors, ESR for brighter LCDs, and polarization.

FX5 Fused assemblies use a mix of original and aftermarket materials. All models use original LCD panels with the exception of Air 2. These are great for lowering your part cost on fused iPad assemblies. The digitizer and LCD are pre-assembled. (TESA tape pre-installed)

Premium digitizers use the highest quality materials available to provide a premium repair that offers similar to original specifications. These digitizers have gold borders. (TESA tape pre-installed)

Premium without Daughterboard panels are for the iPad Pro 12.9 1st and 2nd gen assemblies. These use original refurbished panels and do not have the daughterboard preinstalled. Incell LCD Samsung screens use Aftermarket Incell technology to provide an affordable part for many A series Samsung screens. These help keep repair costs down compared to using an OLED refurb or service pack.

Aftermarket OLED screens use high-quality aftermarket OLED panels and aftermarket frames. We also have them available without frame.

Refurbished no frame screens are original OLED panels that are re-glassed. These screens do not include the frame. They offer the highest quality screens and are as close to original that is available on the market.

Refurbished w/ frame are original OLED panels that are re-glassed and adhered to an aftermarket frame to help save you time. They offer the highest quality screens and are as close to original that is available on the market

Genuine service packs are brand new OEM Samsung panels directly from Samsung’s supply chain. They are the highest grade of screen available for Samsung.
